We practice 'Practical Tactical' shooting, no extra bling, good foundation, solid basics and sound marksmanship skills. We carved out a challenging layout for target arrays. We added a true 600 yard, survey'd lane. The 600 yd lane has electronic targets installed. The 600 yard target line is level with the firing line as well.
Our range has 2 main lanes with props and challenging scenarios for matches and training.
Our main firing line is fully covered with a concrete floor and includes a restroom, gas grill, cooking area, day and night lights, ceiling fans and an elevated shooting platform. We can seat 20 people.
Keep an eye on the 2021 calendar for matches and training.
We look forward to meeting you and being a part of your sport shooting experience.

Classes and how they work.
F-Open - Is generally a custom rifle shot from a mechanical front rest and rear support bag. Most any caliber is allowed. The rifle weight is limited to 22lbs.
F-T/R - (Stands for "Target Rifle") is limited to a bipod front rest, a rear support bag, 223 or 308 caliber and a 18# rifle.
A complete set of rules can be found here (page 67).
FPR is a non-offical class to help new shooters get exposed to this style of competition. The current rules are a bit fluid. Here is the Big Oak interpretation of this class.
Max rifle wt of 16#, max caliber 338. Max scope magnification of 25x, rear support squeezable sand bag, front support folding bipod. Ammunition no greater than magazine length but will be single loaded for safety purposes. This class is supposed to be for the factory rifle shooter, and the rifle can incorporate a suppressor or muzzle break. This class will have a dedicated firing position on one end of the line, so the other competitors wont be disturbed by muzzle break blast.
